Brief description of columns:

Name - Name of site and link to their website (with possible affiliate link).
Signup - Shows details of the sites signup bonus. A percentage free is a typical bonuses, but only to a certain value (indicated in brackets). The other main type of bonus is a certain amount, after you have played x number of hands, for x hours and bet x amount of cash. With all bonuses, there are limits on when you can withdraw the bonuses (you have to play through it a certain number of times typically).
Monthly - each month some sites offer a similar bonus to signups, you add funds to your account and you are given a bonus.
